Housing is a basic need, and I’m dedicated to providing this need in a safe, quality manner to the communities I serve.

I buy, rehab, and rent residential properties in the Louisville and Southern Indiana markets. Occasionally, I’ll flip a house when it makes sense. The properties can be single-family houses with at least three bedrooms to smaller multifamily buildings, of which can be in any condition. It’s all about taking that property and making it shine again.
